Revolver Resources Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 2, 2016 – REVOLVER RESOURCES INC. (TSXV.RZ) (the “company” or “revolver”) is pleased to announce that it has closed private placement announced on January 15th, 2016 for gross proceeds of $87. 000. The units of the financing comprise of one common share and one full share purchase warrant, which may be exercised for a period of five years at a price of eight cents per share. The term of the warrants may be accelerated in the event that the issuer’s shares trade at or above a price of 10 cents per share for a period of 10 consecutive days. In such case of accelerated warrants, the issuer may give notice, in writing or by way of news release, to the subscribers that the warrants will expire 30 days from the date of providing such notice. The Company announces June 20, 2016, as the hold period expiry date for this private placement.

The Company also announces that it held its annual general meeting on January 4, 2016, in Vancouver, and all resolutions proposed in the management proxy circular were approved. At the AGM, shareholders voted to elect Robert Birmingham, Barry Brown, Quinn Field-Dyte and Scott Kent as directors for the ensuing year.

Revolver further announce that it has appointed Zenaida Manalo to act as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
